Here is an image that jumped out at me (literally) from an Equestrian shoot I did Saturday morning. This was a multi-school event at Hansen Dam Equestrian Center in Sylmar, CA. Capturing this event was similar in method to shooting other various sports ~ in that anticipation, a steady camera & quick reaction skills are key. Of course, a fast telephoto lens and a camera shooting 10 fps (frames per second) doesn’t hurt either!!
